Editorial policy
Last updated November 6, 2026
Authorship
Every article is written by a named author with a public profile. Authors are invited by the editor; there is no open registration or anonymous publishing.
Accuracy and sources
Authors write from first-hand experience wherever possible and link to primary sources such as official documentation, specifications and original research. Claims that can't be verified are labelled as opinion.
Review
Editors review articles for clarity and accuracy before or after publication, and may request changes.
Updates and corrections
Articles show their publication date and, when meaningfully changed, the date they were last updated. Significant corrections are noted in the article. To report an error, contact us.
Use of AI tools
Authors may use software tools, including AI assistants, for research or editing. The named author is responsible for every word published and checks all facts and code.
Independence and advertising
The site may show clearly labelled advertising. Advertisers have no influence over what we write, and we do not publish paid or sponsored articles.
